Pay

RM 2000-2200

Monday(9-6) to Saturday(9-2)

Responsibilities

   Experience in Interior design in condo and landed must

• Undertake design project from concept to completion based on clients needs
• Define project requirements and schedule
• Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
• Set costs and project fees according to budget,BQ knowledge MUST.
• Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
• Supervise work progress
• Work closely with sales team, project team and constructors
• Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices
• Utilize computer applications in the design process. Create design concepts and digital presentations with finish selections, furnishings, and fixtures.
• Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.
• Takes accurate as-built measurements for developing floor plans and elevations.

Requirements

• Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and self- starter
• Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
• Excellent portfolio of previous works
• Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
• Communication and presentation skills
• BS degree in Interior Design or similar
• own transportation required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From 2000-2200 per month
