Penerangan Pekerjaan - QC & Store Assistant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Inventory Management:

  • Keeping track of inventory levels, including incoming and outgoing stock, using manual or electronic inventory management systems.
  • Receiving incoming shipments of goods, checking them for accuracy and quality, and documenting any discrepancies or damages.
  • Quality testing products to evaluate functionality and inspect appearances and accessories.
  • Conducting periodic physical counts of inventory to reconcile discrepancies between actual stock levels and recorded quantities.

Storage and Organization:

  • Storing stock in designated locations within the warehouse or storage area, ensuring that items are properly labeled, packing, organized, and easily accessible.

Picking and Packing:

  • Fulfilling orders by selecting the appropriate items from stock, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing them for delivery to customers or other locations.

Coordination:

  • Collaborating with other departments, such as technical or marketing to coordinate inventory activities and ensure smooth operations.

Documentation:

  • Maintaining detailed records of inspections, test results, and any corrective actions taken to address quality issues.
  • Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control

Compliance:

  • Ensuring that products meet regulatory requirements and industry standards for quality and safety.
  • Ensuring a safe workplace and adherence to good housekeeping practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM, STPM, Diploma/ Advance/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Experience specialized in Engineering - Electronics/ Communication industry.
  • Strong time-management skills, sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, and precise.
