  -Proficient in advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), database management software, and web development tools. Able to leverage these tools to improve efficiency and productivity in administrative tasks. -Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough research using various online and offline resources to support decision-making processes and project development. Capable of synthesizing and presenting research findings clearly and concisely. -Skilled in managing and manipulating data in Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools, to create comprehensive reports that inform strategic decisions. -Experience in maintaining and updating websites, including content management systems (CMS), to ensure current and accurate information is available to stakeholders and the public. Ability to troubleshoot common issues and collaborate with IT specialists for more complex problems. -Strong understanding of database management principles, including data entry, query writing, and report generation. Able to maintain high levels of data accuracy and security, and proficient in using database software to support business operations. -Capable of assisting with the design and implementation of new administrative systems and technologies to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and support the organization's digital transformation efforts. -Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
