Finance Internship

• Manage the day-to-day accounting operation activities such as data entry accounting system.
• To handle account payable and account receivable, and update the aging report and share with sales personnel in monthly basis.
• Support sales personnel to liaise with customers on debt collection when necessary.
• Manage the office fixed cost payment and ensure the payment has been made before the deadline. (Eg. Season Parking Pass Card, Photocopier Machine Rental, Utilities Bill, and Office Building Maintenance)
• Record entries of invoices and receipts accurately and timely into the system.
• Verify and process the employee’s monthly expenses claim.
• Ensure that all documents are proper filing and organized.
• Provide general administrative support in daily business operations activities and office administration.
• Other Ad-hoc tasks assigned from superior from time to time.

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Office Administration, Business Management, LCCI or equivalents.
• At least 3 months’ internship period and can start September 2022 onwards.
