As a HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced professionals and assist the HR executive and manager in payroll, recruitment and operation. What will you be doing? -Performs various administrative tasks in support of the HR department. -Update employee data and filing of HR documents. -Assist in processing of monthly finance invoices including petrol and telco invoices. -Assist in managing the employee medical benefits. -Preparing items for staff onboarding such as access card, staff badge, and key-in of license plate. -Handle EITA enquiry emails and blasting announcements to EITA Group. -Update the contact list. -Perform administrative tasks associated with the recruitment process such as reference check. -Perform other responsibilities and duties which assigned from time to time from immediate superior.
