Operations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

UMW Holdings Berhad is looking for a talented and experienced Operations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from the comfort of your own home. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational activities within the company's Malacca City, Melaka location.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity. 2. Manage a team of remote employees, ensuring they are motivated, engaged, and meeting performance goals. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless coordination of operations. 5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners. 6. Continuously assess and improve processes to drive innovation and growth. 7. Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives. 8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 9. Handle any operational issues that may arise in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven track record of at least 8 years in operations management. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively. 5. Energetic personality with a passion for driving results. 6. Innovative thinker with a strategic mindset. 7. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 8. Proficient in using data-driven insights to inform decision-making. 9. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
