Penerangan Pekerjaan - Administrative Coordinator

At Tenaga Nasional Berhad, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Kuala Lumpur on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience in administration and coordination.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to various departments within the company. 2. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management. 3. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents. 4. Maintain and update company databases and filing systems. 5. Assist with the organization of company events and meetings. 6. Conduct research and analysis on various projects and initiatives. 7. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication. 8. Perform general office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and ordering supplies. 9. Handle confidential information in a professional manner.


Requirements: 1. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 2. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. 4. Experience with data entry and record keeping. 5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 6. Hardworking and confident personality traits. 7. Research and analysis skills. 8. Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
