Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Online Operations Associate to join our team at Eco World Development Group Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for someone with 1 year of experience who is looking to grow and develop in the online operations field.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage online operations to ensure smooth functioning of our digital platforms - Assist in the planning and implementation of online marketing strategies - Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize online operations and user experience - Assist in the creation of online content, including product descriptions, blog posts, and social media updates - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online operations

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in online operations or a related field - Motivated and energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online analytics tools
