Penerangan Pekerjaan - Chat Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic Chat Support Manager to join our team at Axiata Group Berhad, a leading telecommunications company based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This is a part-time remote work position at the Associate Level requiring at least 5 years of experience in customer support.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of chat support agents and ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues. 2. Monitor chat support performance metrics and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction. 3. Develop and implement training programs for chat support agents to enhance their communication and problem-solving skills. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination in providing customer support services. 5. Analyze chat support data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements. 6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in chat support management.


Requirements: 1. Energetic and passionate individual with a customer-centric mindset. 2. Excellent presentation skills and emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with team members and customers. 3. Prior experience in managing chat support operations is preferred. 4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment. 5. Strong organizational and time management skills. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
