Client Support Assistant

Job Description:

Boustead Holdings Berhad is looking for a Client Support Assistant to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka MY on a part-time basis. This position is entry-level, requiring at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person. 2. Assist with client onboarding, including gathering necessary documentation and information. 3. Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth client interactions and satisfaction. 6. Present information about company products and services to clients. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures while interacting with clients.

Requirements: 1. Adaptable and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong people management and communication skills. 3. Ability to deliver engaging presentations to clients. 4. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems. 5. Must be detail-oriented and organized. 6.
