Online Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Online Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Berjaya Corporation Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing online chat support to our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and general support. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 7. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer support processes.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or online chat support. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Reliable and hardworking with a strong work ethic. 5. Presentation skills and strategic planning abilities are a plus. 6. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer support software. 7. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
