Call Center Officer

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Call Center Officer to join our team at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad in George Town, Penang. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. This position is part-time and suited for individuals who are looking to gain entry-level experience in the customer service industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information regarding airport services, flight schedules, and other related queries. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints. 3. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless flow of communication and support. 6. Meet departmental targets for call volume, resolution times, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. 3. Resilient and resourceful attitude in handling customer inquiries and complaints. 4. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. 5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in using call center software and Microsoft Office applications.
