Job Description:


Hilton is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Chat Support Representative to join our team remotely in George Town, Penang. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat communication. This is a part-time, Associate Level position requiring at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat to assist with inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Research and gather information to accurately address customer questions and concerns - Demonstrate confident communication skills to maintain a positive and helpful interaction with customers - Pay close attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and documentation of customer interactions - Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service delivery - Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and contribute to a supportive work environment - Continuously improve product knowledge and communication skills to enhance customer satisfaction


Requirements: - Reliable and able to work independently from home - Confident communication skills with strong written and verbal abilities - Ability to research and collect information quickly and accurately - Attention to detail with a focus on providing high-quality service - Previous experience in customer service or a related field - Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace at home - Proficiency in using online chat and customer service software - Flexibility to work part-time hours and adapt to changes in work schedules
