Job Description:
Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service at all times.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget - Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, identifying areas for improvement and working proactively to address any issues - Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion - Develop and implement strategic plans to drive client engagement and retention - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client performance and satisfaction
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in client service management or a related field - Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Independent and dedicated with a strong attention to detail - Strategic planning and problem-solving skills - Experience in the healthcare or medical industry is preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
