Job Description:


We are looking for a Remote Client Service Representative to join our team at Hilton in George Town, Penang, MY. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, dedicated, possess emotional intelligence, and have strong strategic planning skills.


Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries, bookings, and issue resolution - Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and providing appropriate solutions - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless experience for all clients - Stay informed on Hilton products, services, and promotions to effectively assist clients


Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficient in using customer service software and tools - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
