Remote Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Media Prima Berhad is seeking a Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Client Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their needs and resolve any issues efficiently and effectively - Assist clients with product inquiries, orders, and troubleshooting - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Track client interactions and provide detailed reports to management - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Adaptable and passionate personality traits - Strong people management and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
