Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and dedicated Client Support Assistant to join Sapura Energy Berhad in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This role will require a high level of resilience and reliability, as well as strong analytical and innovative skills to effectively address client inquiries and issues.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions in a professional and timely manner - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and technical support as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate complex concerns to management when necessary - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions - Provide feedback to improve overall client experience and identify areas for process improvement - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to effectively address client questions and provide recommendations - Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the client support team
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or client support role - Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams - Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide appropriate solutions - Innovative mindset to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance client experience - Resilient and reliable personality traits to maintain professionalism under pressure and meet client needs consistently - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
