Client Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Client Support Representative to join our team at Digi.Com Berhad. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Entry Level Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving any other customer concerns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers - Meet and exceed performance metrics for customer service quality and response time

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism - Driven and resilient attitude with a passion for helping others - Excellent time management and adaptability skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote location - High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to taking customer calls - Must be based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY
