Client Support Specialist

S P Setia Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY is seeking a motivated and adaptable Client Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Manage client accounts and ensure their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis to provide clients with up-to-date information - Assist in creating and maintaining client databases and records - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Utilize strong people management skills to build rapport with clients and address any concerns they may have - Work closely with other departments to resolve client issues and escalate when necessary

Requirements: - Motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent research skills to gather data and analyze information effectively - Strong people management skills to communicate and interact with clients professionally - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrated ability to problem solve and think creatively
