Job Description: As a Customer Care Manager at Perodua in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service and satisfaction within the organization. You will work closely with the customer care team to ensure that all inquiries, complaints, and feedback are handled promptly and effectively. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and foster customer loyalty.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise the customer care team, providing guidance and support as needed. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery. 3. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement measures to address any issues or concerns. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to develop integrated customer care strategies. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance their customer service skills. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. At least 8 years of experience in customer service management. 3. Strong leadership and team management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software. 7. Reliable and resilient personality traits. 8. Time management and communication soft skills.
