Customer Care Manager

Job Description: As a Customer Care Manager at Perodua in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service and satisfaction within the organization. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to develop integrated customer care strategies. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. At least 8 years of experience in customer service management. 3. Strong leadership and team management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software. 7. Reliable and resilient personality traits. 8. Time management and communication soft skills.
