Job Description:
Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner. 2. Process customer orders and shipments accurately and efficiently. 3. Assist with resolving customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Maintain customer records and update database with relevant information. 5. Conduct market research to gather information on customer preferences and trends. 6. Assist with creating presentations for client meetings and events. 7. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for improving customer service. 8. Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. 9. Inject a sense of joy and vibrancy into the work environment, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and colleagues. 10. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Independent and self-motivated with a strong work ethic. 3. Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail. 4. Strong research skills to gather and analyze customer data. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 8. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
