Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:


As a Customer Service Assistant at Axiata Group Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This part-time associate level position requires at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles. The ideal candidate will possess the following personality traits of being adaptable and reliable, along with soft skills in decision-making and planning.


Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a high level of professionalism - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist in identifying areas for improvement in customer service processes


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service roles - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to problem solve and make decisions independently - Proficient in using customer service software and systems - Strong organizational and time management skills - Adaptable and reliable with a positive attitude
