Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team at AirAsia Group Berhad. This part-time position is based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY, and is at the Associate Level with a requirement of at least 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about AirAsia services - Assist customers with booking flights, managing reservations, and processing payments - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet and exceed KPIs and targets set by the company - Stay up-to-date on AirAsia's products, services, and promotions - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes

Requirements: - Energetic and resourceful individual with a positive attitude - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Knowledge of airline industry practices and regulations is a plus - Previous experience in a remote customer service role is preferred
