Online Call Center Manager

Job Description:

Sunway Construction Group Berhad is seeking a reliable and confident Online Call Center Manager to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the operations of the online call center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction. 3. Train, coach, and mentor call center agents to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction. 4. Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments. 5. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in call center management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. 2. Proven experience as a call center manager or similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Advanced knowledge of call center technologies and software. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 8. Ability to work remotely and manage a virtual team effectively.
