Online Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Sunway Group is seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Online Call Center Officer to join our team in Johor Bahru, MY. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resilient, resourceful, and possess a high level of emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide customers with information about products and services, as well as troubleshooting assistance. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. 5. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues. 6. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer service processes. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies. 8. Meet individual and team performance targets.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 4. High level of emotional intelligence and empathy. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations. 6. Proficiency in using online call center software and multitasking. 7. Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
