Online Chat Support Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Dialog Group Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level position, the Online Chat Support Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner via online chat - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Process orders and handle returns or exchanges as needed - Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and service quality - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and able to work well with minimal supervision - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively - Innovative mindset and adaptability to new technologies and platforms - Proficiency in MS Office and online chat platforms - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
