Penerangan Pekerjaan - Online Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a confident and motivated Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad in George Town, Penang. This is a part-time, entry-level position with a requirement of at least 1 year of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with online bookings, payments, and other related transactions - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers - Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent planning and organization skills with a high attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Previous experience in customer service is preferred - Must be confident and motivated to provide exceptional customer care
