Petron Malaysia is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Web Chat Assistant in Johor Bahru, Johor. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for someone who is looking to gain experience in customer service within the digital space.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via the web chat platform to provide assistance and support - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally - Assist customers in navigating our website and finding relevant information - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback - Monitor trends and provide insights to improve the web chat service - Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - No prior experience required - Driven and dedicated personality traits - Strong project management skills - Ability to work well in a team and cooperate with others - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - High school diploma or equivalent - Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
