Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and resourceful Web Chat Assistant to join our team at YTL Corporation Berhad in Kuala Lumpur. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online customers through web chat.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through web chat in a timely and efficient manner - Providing product information and assistance with online purchases - Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to appropriate teams when necessary - Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through positive interactions - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Staying up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service - Resourceful mindset and ability to think on your feet - Innovative thinking and planning skills
