Job Description:

PPB Group Berhad is seeking a motivated and reliable Web Chat Associate to join our remote team based in George Town, Penang, MY. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing industry with a focus on providing exceptional customer service through web chat interactions.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues. 3. Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up as needed. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate feedback to the team.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 4. Creativity and the ability to think outside the box when addressing customer needs. 5.
