Operations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Operations Associate to join our team at Axiata Group Berhad. This is a remote work opportunity based in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting our operations team with various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in coordinating and executing operational tasks as assigned by the operations team. 2. Conduct research and analysis to support process improvement initiatives. 3. Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. 4. Assist in managing and organizing operational data and files. 5. Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to ensure timely completion of projects. 6. Support in the implementation of strategic planning initiatives to drive operational efficiency. 7. Collaborate with team members on special projects as needed. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of operational excellence.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related roles. 3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 4. Energetic and driven personality with a passion for achieving results. 5. Excellent cooperation and teamwork skills. 6. Ability to think strategically and contribute to operational planning. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
