Operations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description: Gamuda Berhad is looking for a part-time Operations Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang, working remotely. As an Associate Level role, the Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the company with a focus on efficiency, organization, and innovation. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of resilience and reliability. Additionally, soft skills in analysis and innovation are key to success in this position.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing and executing operational projects and initiatives - Support the development and implementation of operational strategies and processes - Conduct data analysis and provide insights to improve operations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiencies - Monitor and report on key performance metrics - Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation - Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or a similar role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and in a team - Resilient and reliable personality traits
