Operations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Operations Associate to join our team at Digi.Com Berhad. This is a part-time remote position based in Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur, MY. As an Associate Level Operations Associate, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the company remotely - Maintain accurate records of operational activities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations - Provide support in implementing operational strategies - Conduct research and analysis to support operational decision-making - Handle administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in operations or a related field - Reliable and confident personality traits - Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and time-management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
