Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Online Operations Associate to join our team at Padini Holdings Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in the fast-paced world of online retail operations.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in managing day-to-day online operations, including order processing, inventory management, and product uploads. 2. Work closely with the online marketing team to ensure timely and accurate product listings and promotions on the company's e-commerce platforms. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency. 5. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. 6. Assist in coordinating logistics and fulfillment operations to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers. 7. Support the online operations manager in various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements: 1. Motivated and resilient individual with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically. 3. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines. 4. Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations and online retail platforms. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
