Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Online Operations Associate to join our team at Westports Holdings Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling various online operations tasks to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of our online platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage online inventory and update product listings on our website. 2. Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to optimize user experience. 3. Collaborate with the Marketing team to create and implement online promotions and campaigns. 4. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner. 5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online operations to continuously improve processes.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in online operations or e-commerce. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changes in the online marketplace. 4. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with online platforms such as Shopify or Magento. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
