Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

MISC Berhad is seeking an adaptable and confident Online Operations Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a related field who possess strong problem-solving and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the day-to-day operations of our online platforms, including website maintenance, content updates, and customer support. 2. Coordinate with various teams to ensure the timely delivery of online projects and initiatives. 3. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement. 4. Manage online marketing campaigns and promotions to drive traffic and increase engagement. 5. Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure the smooth functioning of our online platforms. 6. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to enhance our online presence and drive business growth. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions for enhancing online operations.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2. 1+ years of experience in online operations or a similar role. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. 4. Excellent persuasion skills and the confidence to influence stakeholders. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online analytics tools. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
