Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a hardworking and confident Online Operations Associate to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in online operations.

Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of our online platforms, ensuring seamless customer experience - Collaborate with various departments to implement strategic plans for online growth and development - Analyze data and trends to make informed decisions related to online operations - Monitor and optimize online processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Lead and mentor team members in people management and strategic planning - Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for online platforms - Stay current with industry trends and best practices in online operations - Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive online success

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 4+ years of experience in online operations or related field - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online analytics tools - Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus - Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team - Proven track record of driving online growth and success
