Job Description: We are seeking a resourceful and passionate Remote Operations Associate to join our team at Petronas. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for assisting with various remote operations tasks to support our team in George Town, Penang, MY. Responsibilities: - Assist with remote operations tasks to support the team in George Town, Penang, MY - Coordinate and communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations - Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and documentation - Participate in virtual meetings and presentations as needed - Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and objectives - Monitor and report on remote operations activities - Handle travel and spending expenses as required - Utilize company transportation for travel opportunities as needed

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role - Resourceful and passionate personality traits - Strong cooperation and presentation skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with remote operations tools and technology is a plus
