Operations Associate

Job Description:

As an Operations Associate at Nestlé Malaysia, located in Johor Bahru, Johor, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our facility. This part-time position at the associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for an independent and adaptable individual who possesses strong people management skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Assist in coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed - Assist in managing and training staff members - Maintain accurate records and documentation - Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions as directed - Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar operations role - Independent and adaptable personality traits - Strong people management skills - Attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
