Remote Operations Associate

Job Description:

Dialog Group Berhad is seeking a Remote Operations Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This is a part-time position with an entry-level seniority level, requiring at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and manage remote operations activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. 2. Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 3. Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services. 4. Provide support to operations managers in planning and executing operational strategies. 5. Assist in project management and coordination of tasks to meet deadlines and deliverables. 6. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and documentation. 7. Suggest and implement creative solutions to enhance operational performance. 8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and adaptable personality traits to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. 2. Strong persuasion and decision-making skills to influence and drive operational decisions. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with team members and stakeholders. 4. Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software and tools. 6. Understanding of remote work practices and tools to collaborate effectively with team members. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field preferred.
