Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Operations Associate to join our team at Nestlé Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring efficiency and excellence in all aspects of our business. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow within the company.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the planning and execution of daily operational activities - Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and increase productivity - Support the implementation of new initiatives and projects - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders - Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards are met

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or a similar role - Energetic and hardworking with a positive attitude - Strong presentation and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
