Operations Associate

Job Description:

The Operations Associate at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the airport with a strong focus on customer service and efficiency. This is a part-time role at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in operations or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in coordinating the daily operations of the airport, including terminal management, passenger handling, and security protocols. 2. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely resolutions to any issues that may arise. 3. Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency. 4. Provide assistance to passengers and address any customer service inquiries or complaints effectively. 5. Participate in emergency response drills and procedures to ensure the safety and security of all airport personnel and passengers. 6. Assist in training new employees and ensuring compliance with airport regulations and policies. 7. Maintain accurate records and reports related to airport operations and performance metrics.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders. 3. Excellent planning skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment. 4. Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations or a related field. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances. 6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
