Job Description:

Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Associate to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by supporting various administrative and operational tasks. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level candidates who are looking to gain valuable experience in the financial industry.

Responsibilities: - Assist in processing various financial transactions and documents - Maintain accurate records and data entry in systems - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks - Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management - Support day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulations - Handle inquiries from clients and provide exceptional customer service - Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives

Requirements: - Highly independent and resourceful with a strong ability to work autonomously - Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convey information effectively - High emotional intelligence and ability to manage relationships with colleagues and clients - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software systems - Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field is preferred - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role - Must be able to work part-time hours in Malacca City, Melaka
