Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Boustead Holdings Berhad is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Operations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from home in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level Operations Associate, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the day-to-day operations of the business, including coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations. 2. Manage and oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. 3. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure all parties are informed of project progress. 4. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement within the operations department. 5. Assist in creating and implementing operational policies and procedures. 6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of operational processes to identify areas for optimization. 7. Provide support to the operations team as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. 2. 2+ years of experience in operations or a similar role. 3. Strong people management and project management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
