Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team at Celcom Axiata Berhad. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. The Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting various operational functions within the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the planning and execution of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. 2. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. 3. Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth operations and communication. 4. Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation. 5. Provide support in project management and implementation. 6. Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes. 7. Assist in creating reports and presentations for stakeholders. 8. Participate in meetings and provide input on operational matters. 9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to improve operational processes.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations or a similar role. 3. Strong organizational and time management skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Passion for achieving excellence in every task. 6. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. 9. Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
