Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services - Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities - Create engaging content for social media, website, and other marketing channels - Manage marketing campaigns and track their performance to optimize results - Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events and promotions - Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve - Support the marketing team in all aspects of day-to-day operations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing or a similar role - Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail - Excellent decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software applications - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Resilient attitude and passion for marketing
