Client Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

SIRIM Berhad is seeking a Client Support Associate to join our team. This is a remote part-time position based in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client support and possess the personality traits of being resourceful and adaptable.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting - Maintain accurate records of client interactions - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner - Provide product demonstrations and trainings to clients as needed - Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in client support or a related field - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred - Resourceful and adaptable personality traits - Cooperation and ability to work well with others
