Penerangan Pekerjaan - Client Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description: Axiata Group Berhad is seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Support Officer to work from home in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in client support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Address client inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Utilize critical thinking and decision-making skills to resolve complex client issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and service delivery - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and industry trends - Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in client support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
