Job Description:


S P Setia Berhad is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Care Officer to join our team in a remote work position. As an entry-level role, no prior experience is necessary, but strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills are essential for success in this role.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat 2. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner 3. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions 4. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests 5. Provide accurate information about products and services 6. Identify and escalate priority issues 7. Follow up on customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction 8. Work closely with other team members to achieve customer care goals 9. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times 10. Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies


Requirements: 1. Strong attention to detail 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively 4. High school diploma or equivalent 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 7. A quiet work environment conducive to remote work 8. Access to a reliable internet connection
