Job Description:


IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to work from home in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate level position with a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, the ideal candidate will be independent, passionate, detail-oriented, and possess strong project management skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing mentorship and guidance - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve customer experience - Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall customer experience - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred - Attention to detail and strong project management skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
